AGGO Pro Construction & Engineering recently completed a transformative project on Wellington Ave., Chicago, where we constructed a new rooftop composite deck and rebuilt the staircase leading to the deck. AGGO Pro was tasked with removing all existing wood decking boards and demolishing the existing wood stairs, including the four support posts. The new design features Elevate Grooved Riverbank composite decking boards, arranged in removable 4'x15' sections for easy roof access, and a new staircase built with Elevate Solid Riverbank composite material, framed with pressure-treated wood for added durability. A new powder-coated aluminum stair railing was installed, ensuring safety, longevity, and a modern aesthetic.
